Does The Loch Ness Monster "Nessie" Exist? (HW 2.2)

I've done some research:
www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,543280,00.html
Evidence for Nessie existing:
“This amazing image on Google Earth could be the elusive proof that the Loch Ness Monster exists.”
Evidence against Nessie existing:
"This is really intriguing. It needs further study."

news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/3096839.stm
Evidence for Nessie existing: None
Evidence against Nessie existing:
“Using 600 separate sonar beams and satellite navigation technology to ensure that none of the loch was missed, the team surveyed the waters said to hide Scotland's legendary tourist attraction but found no trace of the monster.”

Evidence for Nessie existing:It may have been possible for the Loch Ness Monster to survive several million years frozen beneath the former super-continent, Pangea, before it broke up to form Europe, Northern America, Japan and the Falkland Islands.
Evidence against Nessie existing:
None

There were many websites trying to prove Nessie existed, but the sites were Nessie fan sites and are not very reliable. I don't think Nessie existed and some of the websites supported this. Do you agree that Nessie doesn't exist? Or do you think the Loch Ness Monster does live in Scotland's waters?
